2. Referral Documentation

After selecting your class and uploading documentation, proceed to secure online payment. Full payment is required at the time of signup.
Once payment is accepted, you will immediately receive a payment confirmation and unique access to a private client portal for intake and enrollment completion.
Enter the client portal and complete all required intake forms and questionnaires. Submission of all required documentation, consents, and background information is mandatory before participation.
Instructions for the intake process are specific to each class and classification.
After completing all intake requirements, your enrollment will be reviewed for acceptance.
Upon approval, you will receive detailed instructions for class attendance, schedules, and participation requirements.
Strictly No Walk-Ins: Greater Dallas LifeSkills does not accept walk-in clients at any location due to the confidential and sensitive nature of its programs and client safety concerns.

Greater Dallas Lifeskills Executive Institute is a religious membership organization recognized under Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code, which grants special protections and exemptions. Under these federal provisions, our executive LifeSkills, performance, and relationship wellness programs are empowered to deliver both clinical and spiritual guidance within a secure legal framework. As a 508(c)(1)(A) entity, Greater Dallas LifeSkills carries exempts from requirements typically imposed on other nonprofit organizations, and its activities receive enhanced protection regarding religious liberty, leadership development, and counseling services.
