Signup Procedure
- Determine Class Type and Classification
- Select the type of class needed: Anger Management, Life Skills, Executive Performance, or other offerings.
- Indicate your classification:
- Court-Ordered
- Probation-Ordered
- Proactive/Self-Improvement
2. Referral Documentation
- If court-ordered: Upload a clear copy of your court order.
- If probation-ordered: Upload a copy of your probation order.
- For all clients: Upload a photo or scan of your driver’s license or government-issued ID.

After selecting your class and uploading documentation, proceed to secure online payment. Full payment is required at the time of signup.
Once payment is accepted, you will immediately receive a payment confirmation and unique access to a private client portal for intake and enrollment completion.
- Intake Enrollment
Enter the client portal and complete all required intake forms and questionnaires. Submission of all required documentation, consents, and background information is mandatory before participation.
Instructions for the intake process are specific to each class and classification.
- Acceptance and Class Instructions
After completing all intake requirements, your enrollment will be reviewed for acceptance.
Upon approval, you will receive detailed instructions for class attendance, schedules, and participation requirements.
Strictly No Walk-Ins: Greater Dallas LifeSkills does not accept walk-in clients at any location due to the confidential and sensitive nature of its programs and client safety concerns.
